MY STORY
I KNOW THIS WORLD FROM BOTH SIDES.
Before any of this, I was a competitive figure skater... trained to hold my composure in front of judges when one wobble could end everything.
Then a decade in corporate finance and negotiation, in rooms where a single number on the table could make or break the deal.
Somewhere in there, I trained as an art historian, specialising in gender and women's history. And I ran my own interior design studio, because I wanted a creative outlet alongside the strategy work.
Four worlds. One skill running through all of them: staying steady when the pressure hits.
MY EDGE
And I know exactly where the wobble happens.
Most interior design business education stops at the knowing... what to charge, what to post, what to say.
That's why most programs don't actually work. Even the ones that hand you a "system" are usually giving you theory dressed up as structure. A framework wearing a system's clothes.
I go the extra step, to the holding, and I hand you the practical layer most leave for you to build yourself... the templates, the scripts, the exact words for the moment you feel the wobble.
So I built the Calm Under Pressure System (CUP)... composure taught as a trainable system, not a personality you were or weren't born with. Mindset for the pressure from inside. Structure for the pressure from outside. Sales strategy. All in one system.
And no, this isn't something AI can hand you. A prompt can give you a script. It can't give you the judgment to know when to use it, or the nerve to hold your ground when the client pushes back anyway. That's judgment built in rooms where the stakes were real, a competitive rink, a negotiation table, translated for yours.
THE WHY
Why I do this.
Creative women deserve to be taken seriously. Not just celebrated. Taken seriously, as business owners and professionals.
I've felt the other version of it my whole life... the women written out of the art history I studied, my own work brushed aside as "just something she does between jobs," or "look at her expressing her creativity."
Women don't lack talent or clarity. They lack the composure to hold it when it's tested. And that's the part nobody teaches, then quietly lets her believe it was something wrong with her.
I create safe spaces for creative women to grow on their own terms, with their own goals. Not mine. Not anyone else's version of what success should look like.
This is where women design their independence... calmly, on their own terms, without hustle, hype, or pretending to be competent they don't yet feel.
